Returns Policy Overview
Please Note that all postage costs associated with customer returns are payable by customer (both ways – to us and from us back to you). This includes warranty repairs / claims.
All warranty claims should be accompanied with your original tax invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice please contact us to obtain a copy.
If you do have an issue with your product please contact us prior to shipping your item to us as it might need to be sent straight to repair centre and therefore some time / cost could be saved by consulting us prior to sending your item back.
