The cost of shipping is based on the total amount of your order . We have endeavored to keep shipping as affordable as possible. Shipping pricing is only applicable to Australian Orders and would be automatically applied to your order during checkout process.  Our primary shipping provider is Australia Post (Parcel service). We also use a variety of other transport carriers for particular items and regions. Delivery time is 7-14 business days unless otherwise advised. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please Note that we only ship to Australia.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
By default goods will be sent with “Authority to Leave“. This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

At Connect VK we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our office within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing Parts will be supplied free of charge within 14 calendar days of Connect VK being notified.
Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts or replace the product within 14 calendar days of Connect VK being notified.


Regardless of the carrier, all orders will be dispatched with freight insurance included (this is already included in your total shipping cost)

You have 5 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable. Please note that returns due to change of mind will be charged 15% RESTOCKING FEE of the total item price. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s payment processing time.
